摘 要:《关于进一步完善和规范高校高水平运动队考试招生工作的指导意见》(以下简称“招生新政”)的颁布实施对学校竞技体育人才培养的质量和效率提出了更高要求,同时也为高校运动队的存续发展带来了新的挑战和机遇。研究深入分析招生新政对学校竞技体育人才培养产生的影响,在此基础上提出学校竞技体育人才培养的优化策略。研究认为,招生新政能够在一定程度上推动“学训矛盾”的解决,深化不同层级人才培养体系的融合和协作,加强人才培养体系的发展韧性和包容性。在招生新政背景下,为实现学校竞技体育人才培养的高质量发展,应进一步厘清体育与教育的关系,构建高质量的学校竞技体育人才输送链,构建高效率的学校竞技体育人才培育机制,优化学校竞技体育人才培育动力体系。The promulgation and implementation of the Guiding Opinions on Further Improving and Standardizing the Examination and Enrollment of High-level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities(hereinafter referred to as the“New Enrollment Policies”)has raised higher standards for the quality and efficiency of the training of competitive talents in schools,at the same time,it has also brought new challenges and opportunities for the survival and development of sports teams in colleges and universities.The study deeply analyzed the impact of the New Enrollment Policy on the cultivation of competitive sports talents in schools,and proposed optimization strategies for the cultivation of competitive sports talents in schools on this basis.The study concludes that to a certain extent,the New Enrollment Policy can promote the resolution of the“learning and training contradiction”,deepen the integration and collaboration of the talent training system at different levels,and strengthen the resilience and inclusiveness of the development of the talent training system.In this context,in order to realize the high-quality development of school competitive sports talent cultivation,it should further clarify the relationship between sports and education,build a high-quality school competitive sports talent delivery chain,construct a high-efficiency school competitive sports talent cultivation mechanism,and optimize the power system of school competitive sports talent cultivation.
