摘 要:为科学合理评价区域河湖幸福状况,提出基于联系数和梯形模糊数的幸福河湖评价方法。首先,将安全稳定、供给有效、生态健康、和谐智慧作为幸福河湖评价的4个子系统构建评价指标体系;其次,确定评价指标的评价等级标准,采用遗传层次分析法计算各评价指标权重;最后,构建基于联系数和梯形模糊数的幸福河湖评价模型(HRL-CNTFN)。将模型应用于2022年诸暨市浦阳江3个区段评价,结果显示:2022年,浦阳江上游段、城区段、下游段评价结果为1级(幸福),浦阳江幸福程度城区段优于上游段,上游段优于下游段。评价结果是各区段对应评价等级可能性值,描述评价结果具有不确定这一客观情况,表明HRL-CNTFN模型在区域幸福河湖定量评价上有一定实际应用价值。In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the happiness status of regional rivers and lakes,a“happy river and lake”evaluation method based on connection numbers and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers was proposed.Firstly,an evaluation index system was constructed based on the four subsystems of safety and stability,effective supply,ecological health,and harmonious intelligence for the evaluation of happy rivers and lakes.Secondly,the evaluation level standards for evaluation indicators were determined,using the genetic analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of each evaluation indicator.Finally,a happy river and lake evaluation model(HRL-CNTFN)based on connection numbers and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers was constructed.The model was applied to the evaluation of three sections of Puyang River in Zhuji City in 2022,and the results showed that in 2022,the evaluation results of the upstream,urban,and downstream sections of Puyang River were level 1(happiness).The happiness level of the urban section of Puyang River was better than that of the upstream section,and the upstream section was better than that of the downstream section.The evaluation results are the likelihood values of corresponding evaluation levels for each district,describing the objective situation of uncertainty in the evaluation results,indicating that the HRL-CNTFN model has certain practical application value in the quantitative evaluation of regional happy rivers and lakes.
