摘 要:舟山本岛海塘沿线旱闸众多,结构复杂,管理单位不统一,管理技术手段落后。为了提升旱闸运行管理效率,不断推进旱闸标准化管理的规范化、专业化、数字化,为新阶段浙江省水利高质量发展提供技术支撑,结合目前水利工程标准化的管理实践经验,开展旱闸工程管理技术及管理模式的研究总结。通过技术标准系列化、管理模式统一化,构建针对海塘交叉建筑物的标准化管理模式,实现工程管理技术有标准、规范可依,加快完成旱闸等交叉建筑物标准化管理水平提档升级,优化标准化管理模式。There are many dry locks along the seawall of Zhoushan Main Island,with complex structural types,inconsistent management units,and outdated management techniques.In order to improve the efficiency of dry lock operation and management,we continuously promote the standardization,specialization,and digitization of dry lock management,and provide technical support for the high-quality development of water conservancy in Zhejiang in the new stage.Based on the current practical experience of standardized management in water conservancy engineering,research and summary on management technology and management models for dry gate engineering will be carried out.Through the serialization of technical standards and the unification of management models,a standardized management model for crossing buildings in seawalls will be constructed to achieve standardized engineering management technology,accelerate the upgrading of standardized management levels for crossing buildings such as dry gate,and optimize standardized management models.
