摘 要:水工建筑物中的常规流道均为混凝土结构,结构复杂、多为曲面且体积较大,对造价有一定影响。由于钢结构内衬具有施工简便、速度快且成型效果好等特点,越来越多泵站流道内侧采用钢结构代替原来的木模结构。以姚江上游某排水泵站为例,通过对该工程实施过程中泵站流道内侧异型钢衬工程量计量问题的研究分析,提出完善与改进该项目工程量计量的意见和建议,以更好地控制类似工程建设投资。Conventional flow channels in hydraulic structures are all concrete structures,with complex structures,mostly curved surfaces,and large volumes,which have a certain impact on the cost.Due to the characteristics of simple construction,fast speed,and good forming effect of steel structure lining,more and more pumping stations are using steel structures instead of the original wooden formwork structure on the inner side of the flow channels.This article takes a drainage pump station in the upper reaches of the Yaojiang River as an example.Through the research and analysis of the measurement problems of the irregular steel lining on the inner side of the pump station flow channel during the implementation process,it puts forward opinions and suggestions for improving and perfecting the measurement of the project’s engineering quantity,in order to better control investment for similar construction projects.
