摘 要:在钢铁冶炼过程中,产生的含铁含锌除尘灰因锌含量过高,对高炉的稳定运行及寿命构成潜在威胁,故需先行脱锌处理方能安全回收。转底炉技术因其不仅能高效生产直接还原铁,还能精准地将除尘灰中的锌、钠、钾等元素以粉尘形式回收,实现资源的高效循环利用。深入剖析了转底炉技术资源化处理含铁锌尘泥的工艺原理,回顾了该技术在国内外的演进历程,直面工程应用中的现实难题,并据此提出了一系列创新性的解决策略。同时,还关注了转底炉工艺中二次除尘灰(即“次氧化锌”)的回收利用现状,旨在为转底炉技术的持续优化与发展提供宝贵的参考与启示。During the steelmaking process,the iron-zinc containing dust generated poses a potential threat to the stable operation and lifespan of blast furnaces due to its excessive zinc content,necessitating prior zinc removal for safe recycling.The rotary hearth furnace technology stands out for its ability to not only efficiently produce direct reduced iron but also accurately recover zinc,sodium,potassium,and other elements from the dust in the form of particulates,thereby realizing efficient recycling and utilization of resources.This paper delves into the process principles of utilizing rotary hearth furnace technology for the resourceful treatment of iron-zinc containing dust and sludge.It reviews the evolution of this technology both domestically and internationally,confronts the practical challenges encountered in engineering applications,and accordingly proposes a series of innovative solutions.Additionally,it also examines the current status of recycling secondary dust(also known as crude zinc oxide)from the rotary hearth furnace process,aiming to provide valuable insights and guidance for the continuous optimization and development of rotary hearth furnace technology.
