摘 要:随着近年来国内高炉炉料结构的不断优化和改进,带式焙烧球团工艺也逐步成为主流技术,但对焙烧机的工艺设计,国内尚无系统化的理论。通过流场仿真对焙烧炉内热风流动状态进行分析,进一步优化热风分配系统,建立的模型能够正确有效地模拟出热风流动状态,结果显示:热风支管入口处的回流涡旋不仅产生局部阻力损失,对系统的流动状态、炉内温度分布、燃烧状态、预热和焙烧过程都产生决定性影响。结合生产过程中所出现的问题,改进和优化设计方案,为大型带式焙烧机的设计提供理论基础和参考依据。With the continuous optimization and improvement of the BF burden structure in recent years,the induration process has gradually become a mainstream technology.However,there is still no systematic theory for the process design of the induration machine in China.In this paper,the flow field simulation is used to analyze the flow state of the hot air in the induration machine,further optimizing the hot air distribution system.The model can accurately and effectively simulate the flow state of the hot air in the cooling zone.The results show that the recirculating vortex at the entrance of the hot air branch not only generates local resistance loss,but also has a decisive impact on the flow state of the system,the temperature distribution inside the furnace,the combustion state,and the preheating and firing processes.Combined with the problems encountered in the production process,the improved and optimized design scheme provides a theoretical basis and reference for the design of large-scale induration machine.
