摘　　要：为保障大型高炉吊装工程的安全性与可靠性,提出空间坐标映射下的大型高炉炉壳钢结构吊装位移三维高精度控制方法。采用Revit软件建立高炉本炉BIM模型,对高炉本炉体建造过程分析,实施高炉本炉安装模块化设计。运用所构建的BIM模型确定高炉框架安装节点空间坐标,框架安装模块安装节点由梁柱节点调整为柱柱节点,由此将高炉BIM模型坐标投射到拼装平台上的标准柱上;在此基础上,使用高精度免棱镜全站仪对高炉框架模块的空间坐标进行精确控制,保证大型高炉炉壳钢结构吊装位置三维精度。实验结果显示该方法有效实现模型中高炉模块划分,且各部分吊装位移均控制在技术要求之内,顺利实现高炉模型的安装。In order to ensure the safety and reliability of large-scale blast furnace hoisting engineering,a three-dimensional high-precision control method for the hoisting displacement of large-scale blast furnace shell steel structures under spatial coordinate mapping is proposed.Establish a BIM model of the blast furnace using Revit software,analyze the construction process of the blast furnace body,and implement modular design for the installation of the blast furnace body.Using the constructed BIM model to determine the spatial coordinates of the installation nodes of the blast furnace framework,the installation nodes of the framework installation module are adjusted from beam column nodes to column column nodes,thereby projecting the coordinates of the blast furnace BIM model onto the standard columns on the assembly platform;On this basis,a high-precision prism free total station is used to accurately control the spatial coordinates of the blast furnace frame module,ensuring the three-dimensional accuracy of the lifting position of the large blast furnace shell steel structure.The experimental results show that this method effectively achieves the division of blast furnace modules in the model,and the lifting displacement of each part is controlled within the technical requirements,successfully achieving the installation of the blast furnace model.
