摘 要:为了使蓄热式燃气加热炉可以在不平衡工况下实现更稳定、精准的温度控制,提高产品质量和生产效率,提出不平衡工况下的蓄热式燃气加热炉最佳炉温复合控制技术。分析蓄热式燃气加热炉的运行方式以及运行过程中的能量守恒定律,对蓄热式燃气加热炉进行机理建模;以此为基础,通过温度传感器实时反馈蓄热式燃气加热炉的炉温信息,将监测的温度数据传递给结合模糊控制和PID控制的模糊PID复合控制器,模糊PID复合控制器接收到炉温的监测结果后,与设定的加热炉温度进行对比,运算监测温度与设定温度之间的差,并计算差异的变化速度,将得到的结果模糊化后,依据模糊规则表,不断地调节模糊PID整定参数,得出控制量,将其作为参考值,用于调节空气阀和燃气阀,实现蓄热式燃气加热炉最佳炉温复合控制。实验结果表明:该技术能够在15s内稳定地控制蓄热式燃气加热炉的炉温,具有较小的超调量;可有效地提高蓄热式燃气加热炉坯料头、中、尾部的温度均匀性,保证产品质量的同时提高了蓄热式燃气加热炉的小时产量,降低生产能耗和成本。In order to achieve more stable and accurate temperature control under unbalanced working conditions,improve product quality and production efficiency,the optimal furnace temperature composite control technology for regenerative gas heating furnaces under unbalanced working conditions is proposed.Analyze the operation mode of the thermal storage gas heating furnace and the law of energy conservation during operation,and model the mechanism of the thermal storage gas heating furnace;Based on this,real-time temperature information of the thermal storage gas heating furnace is fed back through temperature sensors,and the monitored temperature data is transmitted to a fuzzy PID composite controller that combines fuzzy control and PID control.After receiving the monitoring results of the furnace temperature,the fuzzy PID composite controller compares them with the set heating furnace temperature,calculates the difference between the monitored temperature and the set temperature,and calculates the rate of change of the difference.The obtained results are blurred,According to the fuzzy rule table,continuously adjust the fuzzy PID tuning parameters to obtain the control quantity,which is used as a reference value to adjust the air valve and gas value,and achieve the optimal furnace temperature composite control of the thermal storage gas heating furnace.The experimental results show that this technology can stably control the furnace temperature of the regenerative gas heating furnace within 15 seconds,with a small overshoot;It can effectively improve the temperature uniformity of the billet head,middle,and tail of the thermal storage gas heating furnace,ensure product quality,and increase the hourly output of the thermal storage gas heating furnace,reducing production energy consumption and costs.
