摘  要:无卤阻燃剂由于高效环保和不释放有害气体等优势,在高分子材料阻燃领域得到了广泛的应用。它们通过形成炭层、吸热分解、稀释氧气和形成保护层等机制发挥着阻燃作用。综述了磷系、氮系、硅系、硼系阻燃剂及金属氧化物和氢氧化物阻燃剂在高分子材料领域的应用,总结了它们的阻燃机理,讨论了目前应用现状及研究进展。最后,总结了当前无卤阻燃剂在某些方面存在的不足,并对这些无卤阻燃剂未来的发展趋势进行了展望。Halogen-free flame retardants have been widely used in the field of flame retardancy of polymer materials due to their advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection and no toxic gas emissions.They act as a flame retardant by forming a carbon layer,endothermic decomposition,diluting oxygen and forming a protective layer.The applications of phosphorus,nitrogen,silicon,boron flame retardants and metal oxide and hydroxide flame retardants in the field of polymer materials were reviewed.Their flame retardant mechanisms were summarized,and the current application status and research progress were discussed.Finally,the shortcomings of current halogen-free flame retardants in some aspects were summarized,and the future development trend of these halogen-free flame retardants was prospected.
