摘  要:使用废弃秸秆(SF)为增强相,木质素磺酸钙(CLS)为粘合剂制备了秸秆纤维板,通过热压法制备了CLS含量分别为30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%的纤维板。测试了纤维板的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度及热稳定性能,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和接触角测试表征了纤维板的形貌、成分和亲水性能的变化。结果表明:纤维板在CLS含量为40%时,力学性能最佳,其弯曲强度为39.22MPa,拉伸强度为10.06MPa,冲击强度为2.108kJ/m^(2),随着CLS含量的增加,纤维板的热稳定性逐渐下降,亲水性逐渐增加。Straw fiber boards were prepared using waste straw(SF)as the reinforcing phase and calcium lignosulfonate(CLS)as the adhesive.Fiberboards with CLS/SF mass ratios of 30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,and 80%were prepared by hot pressing method.The tensile,bending,and impact strengths as well as the thermal stability of the fiberboards were tested,and the changes in morphology,composition,and hydrophilicity of the fiberboards were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact angle testing.The test results showed that the mechanical properties of the fiberboards were optimal when the CLS content was 40%,with a bending strength of 39.22MPa,a tensile strength of 10.06MPa,and an impact strength of 2.108kJ/m^(2).As the CLS ratio increased,the thermal stability of the fiberboards gradually decreased and their hydrophilicity gradually increased.
