摘 要:光动力抗菌技术是利用光源激发光敏剂,在周围氧气的参与下产生活性氧。活性氧对细菌、真菌、病毒甚至寄生虫有灭活作用,可以有效解决微生物耐药性问题,在医疗和其他杀菌领域受到广泛关注。由于光源的不可或缺性,需要对光源进行深入探索,以满足临床医疗、环境治理、农业杀菌、食品保鲜、抗菌纺织品等领域的差异化需求。介绍了光敏剂和光敏化机制,分析了光源在光动力技术中的重要性,并根据光照来源及特性分析应用场景的适配性,进而指出了新型光敏剂和光源协同增效的发展趋势。Photodynamic antimicrobial technology utilizes a light source to excite a photosensitizer,producing reactive oxygen species with the participation of surrounding oxygen.These reactive oxygen species have inactivating effects on bacteria,fungi,viruses,and even parasites,effectively addressing the issue of microbial drug resistance,which has received widespread attention in the fields of medical treatment and other sterilization areas.Due to the indispensable nature of the light source,an in-depth exploration of light sources is necessary to meet the differentiated needs of clinical medicine,environmental management,agricultural sterilization,food preservation,and antimicrobial textiles.This review introduced photosensitizers and the mechanism of photosensitization,analyzed the importance of light sources in photodynamic technology,evaluated the adaptability of application scenarios based on light sources and characteristics,and then pointed out the development trend of synergistic enhancement of new photosensitizers and light sources.
