摘 要:针对油水选择性分离需求,采用木质素接枝长链烷烃制备木质素疏水改性剂,再通过简单的浸渍法制备了聚氨酯疏水海绵。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和水接触角测试对海绵的结构和性能进行了表征。对不同油类和有机溶剂的吸附能力进行测试,并进行油水分离试验。结果表明:聚氨酯疏水海绵可吸附自身质量40~80倍的油和有机溶剂。疏水海绵对于油水混合物具有优异的选择性吸附能力,油水分离效率高达99.5%以上。In response to the demand of selective separation of oil and water,lignin grafted long-chain alkanes were used to prepare lignin hydrophobic modifiers,and then polyurethane hydrophobic sponges were prepared by a simple impregnation method.The structure and properties of the sponges were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and water contact angle testing.The adsorption capacities of different oils and organic solvents were tested,along with oil-water separation experiments.The results showed that polyurethane hydrophobic sponge could adsorb 40~80 times its own weight of oil and organic solvents.The hydrophobic sponges had excellent selective adsorption ability for oil-water mixtures,with an oil-water separation efficiency of over 99.5%.
