摘 要:采用热空气加速老化试验,研究了热氧老化对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)各项性能的影响,通过Arrhenius方程对其多项性能参数同时进行了使用寿命的预测与对比分析。结果表明:随着热氧老化时间的延长,邵尔A硬度、100%定伸应力和压缩永久变形逐渐增加,拉断伸长率逐渐降低,而拉伸强度基本不变;不同性能log t与1/T两者之间的线性关系由强到弱依次为:邵尔A硬度>100%定伸应力>拉断伸长率>压缩永久变形;以100%定伸应力和压缩永久变形作为评价指标,拟合寿命预测方程的精确度更高,其相关系数R 2均达到了0.99以上;以不同性能参数进行寿命评估时存在显著的差异,其中邵尔A硬度预测的使用寿命最长,而压缩永久变形预测的使用寿命最短。The effect of thermo-oxidative aging on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR)was studied by using the accelerated aging test of hot air,and the service life of HNBR was predicted and compared through Arrhenius equation using several performance parameters as evaluation indexes.The results showed that with the extension of thermo-oxidative aging time,the Shao A hardness,100%tensile stress and compression set gradually increased,the elongation at break gradually decreased,while the tensile strength was basically unchanged.The linear relationship between log t and 1/T of different properties was from strong to weak:Shore A hardness>100%tensile stress>elongation at break>compression set.Using 100%tensile stress and compression set as evaluation indexes,the fitted life prediction equation was more accurate,and its correlation coefficient R 2 was more than 0.99.There were significant differences when evaluating service life with different performance parameters,with the longest service life predicted by the Shore A hardness and the shortest by the compression set.
