摘  要:静电纺纳米纤维具备可控的结构、高表面积和与细胞外基质(ECM)相似的结构,是伤口愈合中具有较大潜力的材料。利用乳液静电纺丝方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)和胶原蛋白(Col)芯壳结构纳米纤维,在内层负载模型药物盐酸四环素(TCH),并通过改变接收装置的网孔形状,制备出仿自然界蜂巢结构的纳米纤维膜,探究蜂巢状纳米纤维膜形貌结构与其相关理化性能的影响规律。结果表明:PLA和Col的浓度为15%,且比例为1∶1时可纺性较好,通过采用失水山梨醇油酸酯(Span 80)包盐酸四环素(TCH)静电纺乳液蜂巢状纳米纤维。本项目制备的PLA/Col仿生蜂巢状乳液静电纺纳米纤维膜具备长效缓释功能,在愈伤修复、皮肤敷料等生物医学领域中有着广阔的应用前景。Electrospun nanofibers have a controllable structure,high surface area and a structure similar to extracellular matrix(ECM),making them great potential materials for wound healing.In this project,polylactic acid(PLA)and collagen(Col)core-shell structured nanofibers were prepared by emulsion electrospinning,and the model drug tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)was loaded on the inner layer.Nanofiber membranes imitating the natural honeycomb structure were prepared by changing the mesh shape of the receiving device,and the influence of the morphological structure of the honeycomb nanofiber membranes on their related physical and chemical properties was explored.The results showed that when the concentration of PLA and Col was 15%and the ratio was 1∶1,the spinnability was better.Honeycomb emulsion electrospun nanofibers were made by using sorbitan oleate(Span 80)encapsulated tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH).The results indicated that the PLA/Col bionic honeycomb emulsion electrospun nanofiber membranes prepared in this project had a long-term sustained release function,demonstrating a broad application prospect in biomedical fields such as wound healing and skin dressing.
