摘  要:通过色差仪、固体核磁研究了预氧化过程中聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维色差值和化学官能团结构变化。结果表明:随着预氧温度的升高,表示纤维明亮度差异的L值逐渐降低,220℃不再发生变化最终达到平衡;表示纤维红绿色差异的a值、表示纤维黄绿色差异的b值先升高后降低。随着预氧温度的升高,生色官能团C=CH、C=C、C=N和C O逐渐增加,其中C=N官能团含量较大,对色差值影响最大;拟合分析发现,色度值L与色度值b可以很好表示C=N与C=CH官能团变化情况,能够表征PAN纤维预氧化程度。色差仪可用于快速表征PAN纤维化学官能团变化情况。The color difference value and chemical functional group structure changes of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibers during pre-oxidation process were studied using a colorimeter and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The results showed that as the pre-oxidation temperature increased,the L value representing the lightness difference of PAN fibers gradually decreased,and no longer changed at 220℃,ultimately reaching equilibrium.The a value,representing the red-green difference of fibers,and the b value,representing the yellow-green difference of fibers,first increased and then decreased.As the pre-oxidation temperature increased,the chromogenic functional groups,such as C=CH,C=C,C=N,and C=O,gradually increased.Among them,the C=N functional group had a larger content,which had the greatest impact on the color difference value.Fitting analysis revealed that the chromaticity values L and b could well represent the changes in the functional groups of C=N and C=CH,and could characterize the degree of pre-oxidation process of PAN fibers.The colorimeter could be used to quickly characterize the changes in the chemical functional groups of PAN fibers.
