摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,巯基乙醇作链转移剂,甲基丙烯酰氯封端,制备出不同分子量的乙烯基端基的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯大单体(MaMMA)。用MaMMA接枝改性氯丁橡胶(CR)制备CR-g-MaMMA。结果表明:CR-g-MaMMA中接枝支链的结构与大单体MaMMA基本一致,引入“支链密度”量化接枝链与主链的关系,性能分析表明支链密度越大粘结性和浸润性越好。Using methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the monomer,mercaptoethanol as the chain transfer agent,and methacryloyl chloride as the end-capper,we prepared vinyl-terminated poly(methyl methacrylate)macromonomers(MaMMA)with different molecular weights.Chloroprene rubber(CR)was graft-modified with MaMMA to prepare CR-g-MaMMA.The results showed that the structure of the grafted branches in CR-g-MaMMA was essentially consistent with the macromonomer MaMMA.We introduced“branching density”to quantify the relationship between the grafted chains and the main chain.Performance analysis indicated that the higher the branching density,the better the adhesion and wetting properties.
