摘  要:采用Vario MICRO cube元素分析仪测定碳纤维含碳量,探讨了样品量、通氧时间、上浆剂、干燥时间、放置环境和标准物质等因素对测试碳纤维含碳量的影响,并验证了该方法的准确性和重复性。结果表明:退浆纤维干燥30min以上,置于干燥器中自然冷却后,称取(2.4±0.2)mg,在通氧时间100s,以乙酰苯胺(ACET)作为标准物质,测试得到的纤维含碳量准确性较高。在该最佳测试条件下,采用加入乙酰苯胺作为标准物质进行方法准确性验证,加入ACET的回收率为99.26%~100.10%。7次测定GQ3522-12K碳纤维含碳量的相对标准偏差为0.06%,方法的重复性较好。The influence of sample amount,oxygen supply time,sizing agent,drying time,storage environment and standard material on the measurement of the carbon content of carbon fiber was investigated by Vario MICRO cube element analyzer.The accuracy and repeatability of the method were verified.The results showed that when the desizing fiber was dried for more than 30min,after being naturally cooled in the dryer,weighed(2.4±0.2)mg,oxygenated for 100s,and acetanilide was used as the standard material,the carbon content of the fiber obtained from the test was more accurate.Under the optimal test conditions,the accuracy of the method was verified by adding acetanilide as the standard material,and the recovery of ACET was 99.26%~100.10%.The relative standard deviation of the carbon content of GQ3522-12K carbon fiber was 0.06%for 7 times,and the repeatability of the method was good.
