摘  要:为探究超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)织物增强热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU)防刺大底复合材料的防刺性能,以UHMWPE为原料制备4种斜纹织物作为增强体,采用热压工艺制备了UHMWPE织物增强TPU防刺大底复合材料。探究热压工艺、织物组织等因素对材料防刺性能的影响规律,并揭示材料的防刺机理。结果表明:UHMWPE织物增强TPU防刺大底复合材料的防刺性能在一定条件下(150℃织物熔融)随着热压温度的增加呈现增大的趋势,热压温度为140℃时防刺性能最好;防刺性能随着热压时间的增加总体呈先增大后减小的趋势,热压时间为2min时防刺性能最好。织物组织对材料防刺性能的影响依次为2/2右斜纹>3/1右斜纹>32/12加强斜纹>山形斜纹。UHMWPE织物增强TPU防刺大底复合材料的防刺机理主要是纤维剪切破坏、纤维拉伸断裂和织物组织局部变形。In order to investigate the puncture-resistant performance of UHMWPE fabric-reinforced TPU puncture-resistant outsole composites,four herringbone fabrics were prepared using UHMWPE as the raw material for reinforcement.The UHMWPE fabric-reinforced TPU puncture-resistant outsole composites were then fabricated through a hot-pressing process.The study explored the influence of hot-pressing process and fabric organization on the puncture-resistant performance of the composites,and revealed their puncture-resistant mechanism.The results indicated that under certain conditions(fabric melting at 150℃),the puncture-resistant performance of the prepared outsole composites showed an increasing trend with the increase of hot-pressing temperature,and achieved the best puncture-resistant performance when the hot-processing temperature was 140℃.Overall,the puncture-resistant performance increased first and then decreased with the increase of hot-pressing time,and the best puncture-resistant performance was obtained when the hot-pressing time was 2min.Additionally,the impact of fabric organization on puncture-resistant performance followed this order:2/2 right herringbone>3/1 right herringbone>32/12 reinforced herringbone>mountain herringbone.The main puncture-resistant mechanism of these composites involved fiber shear damage,fiber tensile fracture and fabric local deformation.
