摘 要:风电叶片前缘防腐蚀防覆冰问题是影响风电发展的绊脚石,因此如何有效解决这些问题将会是一个巨大挑战。以聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)为基体,加入经氟硅烷改性的SiO_(2)颗粒制备超疏水涂层,再将涂层与再生纤维素纤维布复合,然后固化得到聚氨酯基超疏水薄膜。对薄膜表面粗糙结构及化学成分进行了分析,并对薄膜进行了一系列性能测试。结果表明:聚氨酯超疏水薄膜表面水接触角为160°±0.5°,滚动角为3.7°±0.3°,且具有优秀的力学性能;薄膜可将酸性环境中腐蚀速率降低114倍,碱性环境中腐蚀速率约降低790倍;在-20℃下,薄膜可以将金属基板上水滴的过冻结时间延长近5.55倍。综上,超疏水薄膜展示出良好的防腐蚀防结冰性能,有望在风电领域应用。The issues of anti-corrosion and anti-icing on the leading edge of wind turbine blades are significant obstacles to the advancement of wind power technology.Consequently,the development of effective solutions to these challenges will be a significant undertaking.The superhydrophobic coating was prepared by adding SiO_(2)particles modified by fluorosilane to TPU as a substrate.The coating was then compounded with regenerated cellulose fiber cloth and subsequently cured to obtain polyurethane-based superhydrophobic films.The surface roughness structure and chemical composition of the films were analyzed,and a series of performance tests were conducted on the films.The results demonstrated that the polyurethane-based superhydrophobic films exhibited a surface water contact angle of 160°±0.5°,a rolling angle of 3.7°±0.3°,and excellent mechanical properties.Furthermore,the films demonstrated the ability to reduce the corrosion rate in the acidic and alkaline environments by 114 and 790 times,respectively.Additionally,the films exhibited the capacity to prolong the over-freezing time of water droplets on metal substrates by nearly 5.55 times at-20℃.In conclusion,the superhydrophobic films exhibited excellent anti-corrosion and anti-icing properties,rendering it a promising candidate for application in the field of wind power.
