摘  要:为解决热再生沥青混合料的性能受原路面沥青混合料回收料(RAP)影响,存在的掺量低、耐候性差、易发生早期病害等问题。通过研究不同RAP掺量及玄武岩纤维对热再生沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及疲劳性能的影响规律,改善其路用性能。结果表明:掺加玄武岩纤维可明显改善热再生沥青混合料的路用性能,当RAP掺量达到50%时,混合料的动稳定度达到8721次/min,抗弯拉强度为8.1MPa,弯拉应变为2621με,浸水残留稳定度为86.1%,冻融劈裂强度比80.8%,满足使用要求。In order to solve the problems such as low dosage,poor weather resistance and early damage in hot reclaimed asphalt mixture affected by recycled asphalt mixture of original pavement(RAP),the influence of RAP content and basalt fiber on the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue properties of hot recycled asphalt mixture was studied to improve its road performance.The results showed that:the addition of basalt fiber could obviously improve the road performance of hot recycled asphalt mixture.When the RAP content was 50%,the dynamic stability of the mixture reached 8721 times/min,the flexural tensile strength was 8.1MPa,the flexural tensile strain was 2621με,the residual stability of immersed water was 86.1%,and the freezing-thawing splitting strength ratio was 80.8%,which could meet the application requirements.
