摘  要:构建同时具备高吸附容量和高选择性能的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜,应用于对四环素(TC)的分离去除。以PVDF膜为基质,构建PVDF膜与β-环糊精(β-CD)的耦合,结合聚多巴胺(PDA)的仿生抗污基底膜;其次,以苯乙烯(St)和4-乙烯基苯硼酸(VPBA)为功能单体,通过表面引发的原子转移自由基聚合技术(SI-ATRP),基于TC分子结构,修饰具有疏水和硼亲和作用位点的多功能聚合物PVDF/β-CD@PDA@poly(St-co-4-VPBA),能够与TC产生多种作用力,加强吸附作用,实现对TC的高容量和高选择性吸附。结果表明:所制备的PVDF/β-CD@PDA@poly(St-co-4-VPBA)膜在真空抽滤条件下具有较高的水通量,St和4-VPBA的存在通过疏水和硼亲和相互作用增强了TC在膜上的吸附,最大吸附容量为963mg/g;在实际污水应用中,即使膜循环使用10次后对TC的去除率仍可达75%,证明所制膜具有良好的重复利用率。In this paper,the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane with high adsorption capacity and high selectivity was constructed and applied for the separation and removal of tetracycline(TC).Using PVDF membrane as substrate,a bionic anti-fouling substrate was constructed by coupling PVDF membrane withβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)and combining with polydopamine(PDA).Secondly,using styrene(St)and 4-vinylphenylboronic acid(VPBA)as the functional monomers,a multifunctional polymer with hydrophobic and boron-affinity action sites was modified by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization technique(SI-ATRP)based on TC molecular structure,which could generate multiple interaction forces with TC to strengthen the adsorption effect and achieve high capacity and high selectivity adsorption for TC.Th results showed that the prepared PVDF/β-CD@PDA@poly(St-co-4-VPBA)membrane had a high water flux under vacuum filtration conditions.The presence of styrene(St)and 4-vinylphenylboric acid(4-VPBA)enhanced the adsorption of TC on the membrane through hydrophobic and boron-affinity interactions,with a maximum adsorption capacity of 963mg/g.In the actual wastewater application,the removal rate of TC was still 75%even after the membrane was recycled for 10 times,which proved that the prepared membrane had a good reuse rate.
