摘 要:工业和生活产生的含油废水不仅对环境造成污染,也对人类健康造成危害。目前所应用的大部分油水分离方法存在操作繁琐、耗时、耗能和效率低等问题。超润湿性涂膜应用于油水分离具有分离效率高、耗能低、不造成二次污染和绿色环保等优势。基于此,设计了基于TiO_(2)纳米粒子的超亲水-水下超疏油涂膜用于含油污水的分离,同时将过渡金属Fe、Cu、Mn、Co分别掺杂到涂膜中对涂膜进行改性以提高涂膜的光催化抗菌性能。结果表明:涂膜在空气中对水的接触角为0°,在水下对十六烷的接触角均大于150°,表现出良好的水下超疏油性,油水分离实验表明不管是乳化油还是非乳化油,4种涂膜的油水分离效率均能达到95%以上,抗菌实验表明掺杂金属可以有效提高涂膜的抑菌性能。Oily wastewater produced by industry and life not only causes pollution to the environment,but also poses a hazard to human health.At present,most of the oil-water separation methods used have the problems of cumbersome operation,time consuming,energy consumption and low efficiency.The application of ultra-wettable film in oil-water separation has the advantages of high separation efficiency,low energy consumption,no secondary pollution and green environmental protection.Based on this,this paper designed a superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic coating film based on TiO_(2)nanoparticles for the separation of oily wastewater,and doped transition metals Fe,Cu,Mn and Co into the coating film,respectively,to modify the coating film to improve the photocatalytic antibacterial performance of the coating film.The test results showed that the contact angle of the film to water in the air was 0°,and the contact angle to cetane underwater was greater than 150°,showing a good underwater superoleophobicity.The oil-water separation experiment indicated that the oil-water separation efficiency of the four metal-doped coating films could reach more than 95%regardless of the emulsified oil or non-emulsified oil.The antibacterial experiments revealed that metal doping could effectively improve the antibacterial properties of the films.
