摘　　要：运用实地调查、案例分析、逻辑分析等方法,揭示村级草根足球赛事发展的价值、困境,并提出策略。价值:助力经济大发展,促进农民持续增收;提高村民政治参与度,增强农民主体地位;增强文化归属感,促进文化传承保护;提升社会凝聚力,促进各民族大团结;推动生态文明建设,营造宜居宜游环境。困境:经济效益转化有限,产业价值激活未充分实现;基层组织力量薄弱,治理效能未充分体现;体育生活挖掘不足,文化价值未充分显现;基础设施仍不完善,参与人群权益未充分保障;与乡村环境不契合,宜居宜游需求未充分满足。策略:延伸产业经济链条,释放经济潜能;动员社会组织力量,健全治理结构;挖掘乡村民俗基因,提升文化价值;强化赛事服务保障,提升参与体验;发挥乡村生态特色,推动绿色发展。By using the methods of field investigation,case analysis and logical analysis,this paper revealed the value and dilemma of the development of village grassroots football matches,and put forward development strategies.Value:It contributes to the great development of the economy and promotes sustained income growth for farmers.It increases the political participation of villagers and enhances the status of farmers as the main body.It enhances cultural belonging and promotes cultural inheritance and protection.It enhances social cohesion and promotes great unity among all ethnic groups.It promotes the construction of ecological civilization and creates a livable environment for tourism.Dilemma:The transformation of economic benefits is limited,and the activation of industrial value is not fully realized.The strength of grass-roots organizations is weak,and the effectiveness of governance is not fully reflected.The sports life excavation is insufficient,and the cultural value is not fully manifested.The infrastructure is still incomplete,and the rights and interests of the participants are not fully protected.It does notfit in with the rural environment,and the demand for livability and tourism is not fully met.Strategy:We should extend the industrial economic chain to unleash economic potential,mobilize social organizations to improve the governance structure,explore the gene of rural folk custom to enhance the cultural value,strengthen event guarantee services and enhance participation experience,and give full play to rural ecological characteristics to promote green development.
