摘　　要：随着智慧医疗信息化的快速发展,确保医院信息系统数据的真实性和完整性成为亟待解决的问题。本文设计实现了基于医院信息系统时间戳的电子认证应用,引入区块链技术,实现了医疗数据的可靠认证和可追溯性,解析医院信息系统时间戳和区块链技术的基本原理,详细阐明了时间戳可避免并发情况,确保链上医疗按照先后发生的顺序。此项应用使得医疗数据更加稳定可靠,为相关应用场景提供坚实的基础,对开发高效、安全的医疗数据认证方法具有重要意义。With the rapid development of smart healthcare informatization,ensuring the authenticity and integrity of hospital information system data through medical information security and data integrity has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article designs and implements an electronic authentication application for hospital information system timestamps,introduces blockchain technology to achieve reliable authentication and traceability of medical data,analyzes the basic principles of hospital information system timestamps and blockchain technology,and elaborates on how timestamps can avoid concurrent situations,ensuring that on chain medical services occur in the order they occur.This application makes medical data more stable and reliable,providing a solid foundation for related application scenarios,and is of great significance for the development of efficient and secure medical data authentication methods.
