摘 要:ChatGPT作为一种人工智能技术驱动的信息获取工具,具有强大的功能和巨大潜力。它的出现标志着人工智能发展的新高度,开辟了人工智能教育研究的新视角。随着ChatGPT在教育领域的应用和发展,人类智能和人工智能协同发展、教育共生的时代已然到来,这为重塑人工智能对人类教育变革提供了关键的契机,但也带来了一定挑战。本文简要介绍了ChatGPT及其本质特点,归纳分析了ChatGPT对教育的积极影响,同时反思与教育相结合时,ChatGPT引发的伦理风险、教师角色边缘化与人文关怀减弱、学生依赖与学术不端、不公平的教育资源分配等问题以及技术使用不当造成的风险。文章从价值导向、教学目标、教学方式和考试评价四个方面给出了人工智能浪潮下高等教育的应对策略和建议,旨在加快教育的信息化,促进高等教育的高质量发展。ChatGPT,as an information acquisition tool driven by artificial intelligence technology,has powerful functions and enormous potential.Its emergence marks a new height in the development of artificial intelligence and opens up a new perspective for research on artificial intelligence education.With the application and development of ChatGPT in the field of education,the era of collaborative development of human intelligence and artificial intelligence,and education symbiosis has arrived.This provides a key opportunity for reshaping the impact of artificial intelligence in the transformation of human education,but also brings certain challenges.This article briefly introduces ChatGPT and its essential characteristics,summarizes and analyzes the positive impact of ChatGPT on education,and reflects on the ethical risks,teacher role marginalization and reduced humanistic care,student dependence and academic misconduct,unfair allocation of educational resources,and risks caused by improper use of technology when combined with education.The article provides strategies and suggestions for higher education under the wave of artificial intelligence from four aspects:value orientation,teaching objectives,teaching methods,and examination evaluation,aiming to accelerate the informatization of education and promote the high-quality development of higher education..
