摘 要:目的 探究东帕米尔高原土壤不同生境下细菌群落结构。方法 选取高寒盐碱土、高寒草甸和高寒湿地3种生境,采用Illumina NovaSeq高通量测序技术分析土壤细菌群落结构及多样性。结果 共检测到细菌36个门、94个纲、211个目、330个科、569个属、611个种。细菌群落alpha多样性呈现高寒草甸>高寒湿地>高寒盐碱土。3种生境中的主要细菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)。高寒盐碱土生境中优势细菌属为无色杆菌属(Achromobacter)和罗尔斯顿菌属(Ralstonia)。高寒草甸主要细菌属为放线菌属(Actinomarinales)、Geminicoccaceae、考克菌属(Kocuria)、芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonadaceae)和鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonadacea)。高寒湿地主要细菌属为NB1-j和Geminicoccaceae。细菌群落KEEG代谢功能预测分析结果以氨基酸代谢为主。结论 不同生境类型对东帕米尔高原高寒土壤细菌群落具有一定影响。Objective To explore the structures of bacterial communities in different habitats of soil in the East Pamir Plateau.Methods Three habitats were selected:alpine saline-alkali soil,alpine meadow,and alpine wetland.Illumina NovaSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the structures and diversities of soil bacterial communities.Results A total of 611 species of bacteria were detected,belonging to 36 phylum,94 classes,211 orders,330families,and 569 genera.The alpha diversity of bacterial communities presented as alpine meadow> alpine wetland>alpine saline-alkali soil.The main bacterial phyla in the three habitats were Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria,while the dominant bacterial genera in alpine saline-alkali habitats were Achromobacter and Ralstonia.The main bacterial genera in alpine meadows were Actinomarinales,Geminicaceae,Kocuria,Gemmatimonadaceae and Sphingomonadaceae.The main bacterial genera in alpine wetlands were NB1-j and Geminicoccaceae.The prediction analysis of KEEG metabolic function in bacterial communities showed that amino acid metabolism was the main metabolic function.Conclusion Different habitat types have a certain impact on the bacterial community in alpine soil in the East Pamir Plateau.
