摘  要:文章旨在探讨冲击回波法在水库大坝溢流面混凝土缺陷检测中的实际应用。研究过程中,制备多组含有不同类型缺陷的混凝土试块。通过对混凝土表面施加轻微的冲击力,使其内部产生振动进而传播出弹性波,利用高灵敏度传感器捕捉并记录返回的P波信号,分析频谱图特征识别缺陷类型及深度。试验结果显示,冲击回波法能够准确识别并测量混凝土中的裂缝深度,且误差在可接受范围内;同时,该方法还能有效区分空洞、蜂窝状不密实区等不同类型的缺陷,频谱图分析为缺陷特征的直观判断提供了有力依据。冲击回波法是一种有效的检测手段,为水库大坝溢流面混凝土的缺陷检测、工程维护和安全管理提供了可靠的技术手段。This paper aims to explore the practical application of the impact-echo method in detecting concrete defects on the spillway surface of reservoir dams.During the study,multiple concrete specimens with different types of defects are prepared.By applying a slight impact force to the surface of the concrete,vibrations are generated inside,propagating elastic waves.High-sensitivity sensors are used to capture and record the returning P-wave signals,and spectrum characteristics are analyzed to identify the type and depth of defects.The experimental results show that the impact-echo method can accurately identify and measure the depth of cracks in the concrete,with errors within an acceptable range.Additionally,this method effectively distinguishes different types of defects,such as voids and honeycombed areas,and the spectral analysis provides a solid basis for intuitive judgment of defect characteristics.The impact-echo method proves to be an effective detection technique,offering reliable technical support for the detection of concrete defects on the spillway surfaces of reservoir dams,as well as for engineering maintenance and safety management.
