摘  要:水闸的安全运行对于防洪、灌溉和排涝等至关重要。金堤河莘县段水闸作为关键水利设施,其安全运行不仅影响鲁西地区工农业经济效益,更关乎下游居民生命财产安全。文章通过AHP层次分析法,深入探讨了年度日平均引水量、引水月份总数均值和危险源类别之间的相关性,揭示了水闸运行中的关键风险因素。基于此,提出了一系列针对性的水闸运行管理建议,为提升水闸运行的安全性和可靠性提供参考。The safe operation of sluice gates is crucial for flood control,irrigation,and drainage.The sluice gate in the Shenxian County section of the Jindi River,as a key hydraulic facility,not only impacts the industrial and agricultural economic benefits of western Shandong but also concerns the safety of lives and property of downstream residents.This paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to thoroughly explore the correlations among the annual daily average water intake,the average number of months of water intake,and the categories of risk sources,revealing key risk factors in the operation of the sluice gate.Based on this analysis,a series of targeted sluice gate operation management suggestions are proposed to provide a reference for enhancing the safety and reliability of sluice gate operations.
