摘　　要：文章以平潭老旧小区改造工程为例,重点研究三维激光技术在建筑物外立面测量中的应用,从仪器选择及参数设置、云数据采集、云数据处理等方面出发,分析三维激光技术的实践应用,总结测量过程中的误差分析及精度评定方法,并强调立面图测绘要点,以期促进三维激光技术的普及与推广。Taking Pingtan old residential community renovation engineering as an example,this paper focuses on the application of 3D laser technology in building facade measurement.From the aspects of instrument selection and parameter setting,cloud data acquisition and processing,it analyzes the practical application of 3D laser technology,summarizes the error analysis and accuracy evaluation methods in the measurement process,and emphasizes the key points of elevation surveying and mapping,in order to promote the popularization and promotion of 3D laser technology.
