锚杆格构梁在深圳市某小区挡墙治理中的应用

摘　　要：文章以深圳市某小区南侧挡墙治理工程为例,分析在老旧小区、工业园内施工锚杆格构梁的难点,并提出应对措施,研究了锚杆格构梁在案例工程中的应用要点。应用结果表明,锚杆格构梁能克服空间狭窄、道路不便等不利条件,可有效治理老旧小区、工业园等场所内的危险边坡挡墙,通过质量检测与位移监测可知,其治理效果较好,可为类似工程提供参考。Taking the retaining wall treatment engineering on the south side of a residential community in Shenzhen City as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the construction of anchor rod lattice beams in old residential communities and industrial parks,puts forward countermeasures,and studies the application points of anchor rod lattice beams in case engineering.The application results show that the anchor rod lattice beam can overcome the unfavorable conditions such as narrow space and inconvenient roads,and can effectively treat the dangerous slope retaining wall in old residential communities,industrial parks and other places.Through quality inspection and displacement monitoring,it can be seen that the treatment effect is good,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
