高压旋喷桩在城市道路软基处理中的应用研究

摘　　要：水泥搅拌桩是城市道路常见的一种软基处理方式,但受到高压架空线净空高度、电力安全保护距离的限制。文章结合珠海市某城市道路,提出当水泥搅拌桩软基处理方式无法满足施工机械净空或电力安全保护距离要求时,可采用高压旋喷桩。理论计算显示,水泥搅拌桩单桩承载力受水泥土强度限制,复合地基承载力不随桩长变化;高压旋喷桩单桩承载力取决于桩端阻力和桩侧阻力,复合地基承载力随桩长而增加。两种处理方式均满足复合地基承载力及容许工后沉降的要求。Cement mixing pile is a common soft foundation treatment method for urban roads,but it is limited by the clearance height of high-voltage overhead lines and the distance of power safety protection.Combined with an urban road in Zhuhai City,this paper proposes that high-pressure rotary jet piles can be used when the soft foundation treatment method of cement mixing piles can not meet the requirements of construction machinery clearance height or power safety protection distance.The theoretical calculation shows that the bearing capacity of single cement mixing pile is limited by the strength of cement soil,and the bearing capacity of composite foundation does not change with the pile length;the bearing capacity of single high-pressure rotary jet pile depends on the pile end resistance and pile side resistance,and the bearing capacity of composite foundation increases with the pile length.Both treatment methods meet the requirements of bearing capacity of composite foundation and allowable post-construction settlement.
