摘 要:低塔架水泥搅拌桩成桩质量影响因素众多,在确定工艺参数的过程中不能直接借用高塔架水泥搅拌成桩的工程经验,且现有研究也缺乏对低塔架水泥搅拌桩成桩质量影响因素的分析。文章以上海—杭州某客运专线工程为例,通过现场试桩试验,探究水泥用量、钻进速度及复搅次数对成桩质量的影响。结果表明,增加水泥用量和复搅次数可以显著提高成桩质量,减小钻进速度可以在一定程度上提高成桩质量,相关研究结果可为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。There are many factors affecting the lowtower cement mixing pile forming quality.In the process of determining the process parameters,the engineering experience of high-tower cement mixing piles can not be directly applied,and the existing research also lacks the analysis of the factors affecting the low-tower cement mixing pile forming quality.Taking a passenger dedicated line project from Shanghai to Hangzhou as an example,this paper explores the influence of cement dosage,drilling speed and re-mixing times on pile forming quality through on-site test pile test.The results show that increasing cement dosage and re-mixing times can significantly improve the pile forming quality,and reducing the drilling speed can improve the pile forming quality to a certain extent.The relevant research results can provide reference for similar projects.
