房建主体结构工程监理控制措施分析

摘　　要：近年来,房建项目数量日益增加,主体结构的规模持续增大,对工程监理的要求不断提高。为保障房建主体结构质量,文章研究工程监理控制措施,论述房建主体结构工程监理的必要性,并对监理程序进行优化,树立全过程监理理念,对钢筋、混凝土与模板等进行管控,以促进建筑行业高质量发展。In recent years,the number of housing construction projects is increasing,the scale of the main structure continues to increase,and the requirements for engineering supervision continue to improve.In order to ensure the quality of the main structure of housing construction,this paper studies the engineering supervision control measures,discusses the necessity of engineering supervision of the main structure of housing construction,optimizes the supervision procedures,establishes the concept of whole process supervision,and controls the rebar,concrete and formwork,so as to promote the highquality development of the construction industry.
