水利工程施工阶段监理“四控”要点研究

摘　　要：为保证水利工程的建设质量,文章总结监理施工阶段“四控”流程和基本方式。以某水利工程为例,建立监理组织机构,从质量、进度、成本和安全四个方面着手,分析施工控制要点,并基于和商指数(H指数),评价监理“四控”效果,研究成果可为类似项目监理提供借鉴。In order to ensure the construction quality of water conservancy engineering,this paper summarizes the"four controls"process and basic methods in the supervision construction stage.Taking a water conservancy project as an example,the supervision organization is established,and the key points of construction control are analyzed from four aspects of quality,progress,cost and safety.Based on the H index,the"four controls"effect of supervision is evaluated.The research results can provide reference for similar project supervision.
