摘　　要：随着市政工程领域的快速发展,建造工作呈现新形势,工程质量不断提升,同时也为监理工作带来了挑战。文章以工程监理作为切入点,分析市政工程监理工作面临的困境,并重点阐述市政工程监理工作问题的对策,如构建学习型项目监理部、推行制式化管理模式、参与图纸会审阶段等,旨在提高市政工程项目监理水平,顺利实现市政工程预期建设目标。With the rapid development of municipal engineering field,the construction work presents a new situation with engineering quality constantly improving and also bringing challenges to the supervision work.Taking engineering supervision as the starting point,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by municipal engineering supervision work,and focuses on the countermeasures of municipal engineering supervision work,such as constructing a learning project supervision department,implementing a standardized management mode,and participating in the drawing joint checking stage.The aim is to improve the supervision level of municipal engineering projects and successfully achieve the expected construction goals of municipal engineering.
