摘 要:文章以宋桂大桥为例,深入探讨公路拱桥及拱涵的常见病害及相应的加固处理方案;分析拱桥、拱涵普遍存在的混凝土开裂、钢筋锈蚀及拱圈变形等病害的形成原因;提出降低荷载等级,限载上限为轴重110 t、总重20 t的处理方案。同时,针对存在的病害,提出加固桥梁的桥墩、拱背、拱肋、横隔板、拱波及腹孔,以及进行钢护栏施工和桥面铺装修复,所有加固措施均遵循“封闭裂缝、喷射混凝土”的标准流程。Taking Songgui Bridge as an example,this paper discusses common diseases of highway arch bridge and arch culvert and the corresponding reinforcement treatment scheme;analyzes the causes of diseases such as concrete cracking,steel corrosion and arch ring deformation that are common in arch bridges and arch culverts;puts forward a treatment scheme of reducing the load level,and limiting the load to 110 t axle load and 20 t total weight.At the same time,in view of the existing diseases,it is proposed to reinforce the bridge piers,arch backs,arch ribs,diaphragms,two way curved arch tiles,and web holes,as well as to carry out steel guardrail construction and bridge deck pavement repair.All reinforcement measures follow the standard process of"closing cracks and spraying concrete.
