摘  要:针对丙烯制冷压缩机带压启动过程的入口条件剧烈变化,采用传统建模方法计算压缩机性能不准确的问题,开展了压缩机特性模型研究和启动过程动态分析。在与试验台测试数据对比验证系统建模方法可靠的基础上(误差小于2%),通过理论推导,提出了基于1/(ZT_(1))(Z为入口气体压缩因子,T_(1)为压缩机入口气体温度)修正的压缩机特性模型建模方法,压比和效率的计算误差均小于1%,解决了压缩机性能计算不准确的问题。根据实际运行条件,对五级丙烯压缩机带压启动过程初期进行动态仿真。结果表明,在39 s处达到了局部功率最大值,约为额定功率的90%,确定了此功率峰值是由于各级压力重新分配和转速升高共同作用形成;该峰值功率是判断电机能否满足带压启动需求的关键参数,根据计算结果可确定电机选型合理。研究可为准确预测压缩机性能及部件选型提供指导。According to the current process conditions,the propylene refrigeration compressor needs to be started under high pressure conditions.In order to solve the problems that the drastic change of the compressor inlet conditions during the start-up process makes the calculation of compressor performance inaccurate,the model of compressor characteristics was studied and the dynamic analysis for the start-up process was conducted.The reliability of the system modelling method was firstly verified by comparing the simulation result with the test data,the calculation error was less than 2%.Then a new compressor characteristic modelling method based on the 1/(ZT_(1))(Z is the inlet gas compression factor,T_(1) is the inlet gas temperature of the compressor)correction was proposed through theoretical derivation with both the calculation error of the pressure ratio and the efficiency calculation less than 1%,and the method was simple and easy to implement,which is suitable for the dynamic simulation study.A dynamic simulation of the five-stage propylene compressor system startup process under high pressure conditions was conducted for the preliminary startup process according to the actual operating conditions.The results show that the local power peak appears at 39 s,which is about 90%of the rated power.And it is determined that this peak power during this process is formed by the combined influencing mechanism of the redistribution of pressures at five stages and the speed increase.This peak power is a key parameter that judges whether the motor can meet the startup requirements under high pressure or not,and according to the calculated results,it can be determined that the motor selection is appropriate.The research can accurately predict the compressor performance and provide guidance for accurate component selection.
