摘 要:为了提升转子式压缩机产品能力与能效,本文通过理论分析,提出了一种转子式压缩机泵体压插管力与螺钉拧紧力矩的耦合设计方法,确保泵体的径向间隙设计参数在加工过程中不会发生变化。首先,通过调整过盈配合量为12.7~39.1μm和长度为9 mm来控制压插管力大小,满足联结处无工质泄漏且不会导致泵体产生横向位移;其次,考虑气缸螺钉拧紧力矩力为5 N·m,在保证其所产生摩擦力足以抵抗压入插管所产生的横向力以及泵体工作时的气体最大压差力前提下,螺钉拧紧力矩最小,以便相关零件之间产生的应力和变形最小。通过试验验证了理论方法的可行性,两者的误差在5%以内,实现了产品性能的提高。研究结果可为转子式压缩机的优化设计提供参考。In order to improve the product capability and energy efficiency of rotary compressors,a coupled design method for the pressure insertion tube force and screw tightening torque of the rotary compressor pump body was proposed through theoretical analysis,which ensures that the radial clearance design parameters of the pump body do not change during the machining process.First of all,the insertion force is controlled by adjusting the interference fit of 12.7~39.1μm and the length of 9 mm,so that there is no working medium leakage at the joint and no lateral displacement of the pump body will occur.Secondly,considering that the tightening torque of the cylinder screw is 5 N·m,under the premise of ensuring that the friction force produced by the cylinder screw is sufficient to resist the transverse force produced by the pressure tube insertion and the maximum differential pressure of the gas when the pump body is working,the tightening torque of the screw is the smallest,so that the stress and deformation between the related parts are minimized.The feasibility of the theoretical method was verified through experiments,and the error between the two was within 5%,achieving an improvement in product performance.The research results can provide reference for the optimization design of rotary compressors.
