摘  要:针对采用简化的等熵过程来计算压缩机的热力学工作过程与实际工作过程有差别的问题,提出了一种加入内漏和传热过程的一维模型,在低温工况下用短型线补气式涡旋压缩机进行验证。对比压缩机在不同转速下(5 000,6 000 r/min)的功率、制热COP、制热量及排气温度的仿真结果与试验结果,其间最大误差均在8%以内;对比在吸气、排气压力分别为0.16,0.90 MPa时,采用等熵模型和本文提出的仿真模型计算压缩机的工作过程的结果,发现考虑内漏和传热后,制热量和排气温度的计算值与试验值之间的差距从20%最低下降到4%;采用本文仿真模型的计算结果能更准确地反映压缩机的实际工作过程。研究结果可为补气式涡旋压缩机的设计和应用提供参考。In order to calculate the difference between the thermodynamic working process and actual working process of the scroll compressor using the simplified isentropic process,a one-dimensional mathematical model that incorporates internal leakage and heat transfer processes,which was verified with a short wrap profile vapor injection scroll compressor under low-temperature working conditions.By comparing the simulated results of compressor power,heating COP,heating capacity,and discharge temperature at different compressor speeds(5000,6000 r/min)with experimental results,it was found that the maximum error between them is within 8%.By comparing the results of calculating the working process of the compressor using the isentropic model and the simulation model proposed herein when the intake and exhaust pressures were 0.16 and 0.90 MPa,respectively,it was found that after considering internal leakage and heat transfer,the difference between the calculated values of heating capacity and exhaust temperature and the experimental values decreased from a minimum of 20%to 4%.The calculated results of the proposed simulation model can more accurately reflect the practical working process of the compressor.The research results can provide reference for the design and application of vapor injection scroll compressors.
