摘 要:文章以电白地区某中学学生宿舍综合楼工程为例,介绍该项目地质情况、桩基方案的实施过程,分析该项目采用预应力管桩与混凝土灌注桩方案比选情况,总结其最优的桩基方案。基于此案例,电白地区宜打破原来惯用混凝土灌注桩的思路。已大力使用预应力管桩的广东其他地区,应根据建筑物具体的荷载情况、实际的地质情况进行比选分析,最终确定合适的桩基方案。Taking a secondary school's student dormitory complex building engineering in Dianbai area as an example,this paper introduces the geological condition of the project and the implementation process of the pile foundation scheme,analyzes the comparison and selection of prestressed tubular piles and cast-in-place concrete piles,and summarizes the optimal pile foundation scheme.Based on this case,it is appropriate to break the original idea of using cast-in-place concrete piles in Dianbai area.In other areas of Guangdong,where prestressed tubular piles have been used vigorously,comparison and selection analysis should be carried out according to the specific loading conditions of the buildings and the actual geological conditions to finally determine the appropriate pile foundation scheme.
