摘 要:文章以赤大白铁路桥墩病害检测及维修加固工程为背景,就铁路桥墩病害进行了现场检测及理论检算,综合分析桥墩病害成因,并根据分析结果提出了灌胶封闭综合粘贴碳纤维布法的加固设计方案。加固完成并连续运营数年后,对加固后的桥墩再次进行检测,结果显示桥墩无新增病害,原病害位置无开裂。实践证明,桥墩病害分析结果合理,加固效果良好,可以为同类铁路桥墩维养工程提供参考。Taking Chifeng-Daban-Baiyinhua Railway bridge pier disease detection and repair and reinforcement engineering as the background,the on-site detection and theoretical calculation of railway bridge pier diseases are carried out,the causes of bridge pier diseases are analyzed,and the reinforcement design scheme is proposed by using glue injection and carbon fiber cloth comprehensive pasting method according to the results of the analysis.After the reinforcement was completed and operated continuously for several years,the reinforced bridge piers were detected again,and the results show that there was no new disease in the bridge piers and no cracking in the original disease location.Practice has proved that the analysis results of bridge pier diseases are reasonable and the reinforcement effect is good,which can provide reference for the same kind of railway bridge pier maintenance engineering.
