摘 要:文章以某公路大桥防撞设施工程1号导向井为工程实例,分析该导向井钢围堰基槽淤积层及孤石清理技术。在深水环境下,钢围堰基槽淤积层及孤石进行清理施工时,会受到水库水位变化的影响,项目面临深水施工风险,需要科学制订有效的施工方案,通过机械开挖、抓斗式挖泥船清理、爆破挤淤和吸泥设备清除淤积层,规避河床堆积体和大型孤石对基槽稳定性的影响,确保钢围堰的顺利沉井和基槽成形。Taking No.1 guide shaft of a highway bridge's anti-collision facility engineering as the engineering example,this paper analyzes the siltation layer and boulder cleaning technology for the steel cofferdam foundation trench of the guide shaft.In the deep water environment,the steel cofferdam foundation trench siltation layer and boulder cleaning construction will be affected by the change of the reservoir water level,the project faces the risk of deep water construction,and it is necessary to scientifically formulate an effective construction scheme to remove the siltation layer through mechanical excavation,clam shell dredger cleaning,blasting compaction and suction equipment,to avoid the influence of riverbed accumulation and large boulder on the stability of the foundation trench,and to ensure the smooth sinking of the steel cofferdam and the formation of the foundation trench.
