摘 要:文章依据杭州235国道项目深厚软土地基下(39+65+39)m跨单箱四室变截面现浇箱梁设计及施工实例,结合淤泥质粉质黏土地质、超宽大跨度工程特点、既有道路及施工便道保通要求,因地制宜地采用了深厚软土地质下预应力管桩+贝雷梁+盘扣式支撑架的组合支架,并结合MIDAS Civil有限元分析软件对支架结构及关键单元进行计算分析,确保支架结构安全可靠、材料使用经济合理、施工方便且满足现场使用要求,为同类项目施工提供借鉴和参考。Based on the design and construction example of(39+65+39)m span single-box and four-chamber variable cross-section cast-in-place box girder under deep and thick soft soil foundation of Hangzhou National Highway 235 project,combined with the engineering characteristics of mucky silty clay geology,super wide and large span,and the requirements of existing roads and construction access roads to keep open,the combined support of prestressed tubular pile+bailey beam+disc support is adopted according to the local conditions.The MIDAS Civil finite element analysis software is used to calculate and analyze the support structure and key units to ensure that the support structure is safe and reliable,the use of materials is economical and reasonable,and the construction is convenient and meets the requirements of on-site use,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
