摘 要:文章以陕西省绥德县五里店段防洪工程为例,根据工程建设水土流失防治目标选取了六个单因素评价指标,并应用归一化处理法就各因素对该防洪堤的水土保持环境影响进行综合评价,不仅有效规避了单纯单因素评价缺陷,还为评价工程建设产生的水土流失问题及其综合防护措施效果提供了量化标准。Taking the flood control engineering on Wulidian section in Suide County,Shaanxi Province as an example,six single-factor assessment indexes are selected according to the prevention and control objectives of soil and water loss in the engineering construction,and the normalization processing method is used to conduct comprehensive assessment of the impact of various factors on the soil and water conservation environment of the flood control embankment.It not only effectively avoids the defects of simple single-factor assessment,but also provides a quantitative standard for assessing soil and water loss problems caused by engineering construction and the effect of its comprehensive protective measures.
