居民小区二次供水设施提标改造工程关键施工技术研究

摘　　要：居民小区供水质量关系着用户日常用水的便利性与安全性,文章针对居民小区二次供水设施提标改造工程关键施工技术展开讨论,旨在缓解老旧小区用水紧张状况。结合某工程施工问题,分析工程改造的技术内容,包括蓄水模块改造、施工准备、泵房建设质量控制要点、二次加压供水方式调整、全生命周期管理等。由评估结果可知,所检测水质的物理性能、化学性能均达到了指标,解决了居民原有用水质量问题,为小区居民用水安全提供了保障。The quality of water supply in residential areas is related to the convenience and safety of users'daily water use.This paper discusses the key construction technology of secondary water supply facility upgrading and renovation project in residential areas,aiming at alleviating the tension of water use in old residential areas.Combined with construction problems in a project,it analyzes the technical content of the project renovation,including water storage module renovation,construction preparation,pump room construction quality control points,secondary pressurized water supply mode adjustment,full life cycle management.From the assessment results,the physical and chemical properties of the tested water quality have reached the indicators,solving the original water quality problems of the residents and providing a guarantee for the water safety of the residents in residential areas.
