摘　　要：第二次世界大战结束以来,英国的工会运动逐步陷入低谷与困境,与工人阶级渐行渐远。工会作为工人阶级的组织,对内须凝聚力量,与代表无产阶级的政党紧密结合,提升自己的“阶级整合”能力;同时,工会还须有力地应对来自“资方和国家的镇压”。只有当工会有效地整合无产阶级同时又能抵挡来自资方和国家的镇压的时候,才能真正发挥其代表无产阶级争取权益的作用。然而,战后英国的工会运动在这两方面均存在问题,工会也面临着会员流失、内部分裂、代表性不足等多重困境。因此,当前英国工会运动亟须寻找有效的应对策略和改革措施。The relationship between the trade unions and the working class has long been a strong alliance.However,judging from the development of the trade union movement in Britain,it seems that the working class and the trade unions are becoming more and more distant from each other,and the trade union movement has fallen into a trough.What are the underlying reasons that have led to the failure of the trade union movement in Britain?This study will outline the logic of the development of the trade union movement and the reasons for its failure in Britain in terms of the strength or weakness of the trade unions’ ability to integrate the class power of the proletariat and the strength or weakness of the bourgeois state’s capability to repress the trade unions as well as the workers’ movement.When the unions are unable to integrate the power of the working class and are unable to face the state apparatus,the trade union movement inevitably fails.
