广州某办公大楼的节能改造及能源托管探析

摘  要:文章对广州市某办公大楼进行了节能改造和能源托管的经济指标分析。对于照明系统改造,节能率达到了3%。而多联机系统的智能控制和定时运行的设定,以及合理的温度和风速设置,进一步提高了多联机系统的节能效果,节能率达到了2.4%。在办公大楼的屋顶安装了光伏系统,年发电量占总能耗的3.7%。综合以上各项节能措施,办公大楼的总节能率达到了9.1%。通过能源托管10年,总节电量为228.4万kWh,除去初始投资,可获利100万元。This article analyzes the economic indicators of energy-saving renovation and energy trusteeship for an office building in Guangzhou.For the lighting system renovation,the energy-saving rate reached 3%.The intelligent control and timing operation settings of the multi-split system,as well as reasonable temperature and wind speed settings,further improved the energy-saving effect of the multi-split system,with an energy-saving rate of 2.4%.A photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of the office building,with an annual power generation of 3.7%of the total energy consumption.With the above energy-saving measures,the total energy-saving rate of the office building reached 9.1%.Through energy trusteeship for 10 years,the total power saving was 2.284 million kWh,and after deducting the initial investment,a profit of 1 million Yuan can be made.
