摘 要:在花岗岩孤石发育的场地内进行管桩基础施工时,经常会遇到断桩和沉桩困难的情况。文章结合工程实例,从设计角度探讨了孤石地基的补桩方案及设计验算,提出一种以孤石为桩端持力层的灌注桩补桩方案。该方案要求灌注桩桩端嵌入孤石1倍桩径的距离,按摩擦端承桩计算单桩竖向承载力特征值,并按软弱下卧层复核孤石下卧土的承载力。该方案已在工程实例中得到应用,工程桩基检测中的静载试验表明桩的承载力及沉降均满足要求,可供同类工程参考。When constructing pipe pile foundations in areas with developed granite boulders,it is common to encounter situations of pile breakage and difficulty in sinking piles.This article combined engineering examples to explore the pile filling scheme and design verification of isolated stone foundation from a design perspective.A pile filling scheme using isolated stones as the bearing layer at the pile end was proposed,which required the pile end of the cast-in-place pile to be embedded at a distance of one time the pile diameter of the isolated stone.The characteristic value of the vertical bearing capacity of a single pile was calculated by massaging and rubbing the end bearing pile,and the bearing capacity of the soil under the isolated stone was rechecked according to the weak underlying layer.This scheme had been applied in engineering examples,and static load tests in pile foundation testing had shown that the bearing capacity and settlement of the piles could meet the requirements,which could be used as a reference for similar projects.
