摘 要:随着我国地铁的长期运营,隧道的变形问题逐渐凸显。内钢圈加固技术可有效控制运营地铁隧道变形持续发展,并具有环境影响小、可夜间施工等优势。为提高内钢圈加固技术水平,系统阐述了内钢圈的加工与施工安装流程,分析了整环内钢圈加固和半环内钢圈加固的结构形式、破坏模式、加固效果等。分析结果表明,整环内钢圈加固与半环内钢圈加固运营地铁隧道的破坏模式基本相同,表现为管片与钢板间的黏结滑移破坏,两种加固方式均可有效提高隧道结构的极限承载力,两者的主要区别表现为结构上的差异。研究结果可为内钢圈的设计及施工提供有益借鉴。With the long-term operation of subways in our country,the issue of tunnel deformation has gradually become prominent.The inner steel ring reinforcement technology can effectively control the ongoing deformation of operational subway tunnels and has advantages such as minimal environmental impact and the possibility of nighttime construction.To enhance the level of inner steel ring reinforcement technology,this study systematically elaborates on the processing and installation procedures of inner steel rings,and analyzes the structural forms,failure modes,and reinforcement effects of full-ring and half-ring inner steel ring reinforcements.The analysis results indicate that the failure modes of operational subway tunnels reinforced with full-ring and half-ring inner steel rings are essentially the same,manifesting as bond slip failures between the segments and the steel plates.Both reinforcement methods can effectively increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the tunnel structure,with the main differences between them being structural.The research findings provide valuable insights for the design and construction of inner steel rings.
