摘 要:地下空间拓展加层的工程案例日渐增多,针对先支撑后转换的常规结构抽柱(或向下加柱)施工做法存在的施工周期长、造价高等问题,提出了同步顶升钢管桩主动受力转换加柱的新做法,结合广东省某工程实例进行研究,利用钢管桩及临时承台先进行上部结构转换,通过施加预加力的方式使桩基础预先受力变形,使上部结构主动受力进而控制整体结构下沉,减少对结构产生二次伤害;在柱转换过程无需再另设置支撑体系,并可以减少上部结构变形对整体结构不良影响。在满足结构施工需要的前提下,确保了上部结构能够平稳安全转换,显著地节约施工成本和施工工期,可广泛应用到上部结构、地下拓展空间施工,有利于转换结构设计及施工技术的发展,提高经济效益。There are more and more engineering cases of underground space expansion and storey adding,aiming at the problems of long construction period and high cost in conventional structure column-removing(or column-adding downward)construction method,puts forward a new method of synchronous jacking steel pipe pile,and studies it with an engineering example in Guangdong Province.Steel pipe pile and temporary cap are used to transform the upper structure first,and the pile foundation is deformed in advance by applying pre-pressure,so that the upper structure can be actively stressed,so as to control the sinking of the whole structure and reduce the secondary damage to the structure.In the process of column conversion,there is no need to set up another supporting system,and the bad influence of superstructure deformation on the whole structure can be reduced.On the premise of meeting the needs of structural construction,it ensures the smooth and safe transfer of the superstructure,significantly saves the construction cost and construction period,and can be widely used in the construction of superstructure and underground expansion space,which is conducive to the development of transfer structure design and construction technology,and improves economic benefits.
